We are proud to have installed our 43rd school IT lab and it’s a first for the local district in Malawi.
The installation of a 41-computer IT laboratory at Mtuwa Community Day Secondary School in Malawi is now complete. Until now, the school’s 240 students had no access to computers.
The project included: Full classroom renovation (roof repair, windows, plastering)
✔ Custom-built, secured desks
✔ 40 networked desktops + teacher laptop + projector & whiteboard
✔ Teacher training in IT, networking & troubleshooting
What is significant about the project?
📍 Mtuwa CDSS is the first school in Mangochi District to have a computer lab.
📍 Local primary schools and the wider community will also benefit.
📍 The school anticipates increased female enrolment and higher student ambition.
At the official handover ceremony last month the gratitude and excitement from staff, students, and community leaders was truly inspiring.
This is more than an IT lab. It’s computer access. It’s opportunity.
