ITSA's NEW Social Value Business Club has arrived!

IT Schools Africa is now The ITSA Digital Trust

The Great Gloucestershire Mouse Hunt • Monday 26th – Friday 30th January 2026

The ITSA Digital Trust (ITSA) is a computer recycling and IT education charity in Cheltenham, helping disadvantaged people to access IT in Gloucestershire and Africa. Since 2004 we have given access to digital education to over 6.6m people. As a charity we put recycling and re-use at the heart of our charity and our environmental impact is important to us. We sustainably refurbish donated IT equipment providing computers and digital skills to schools and communities in Africa and computers to local Gloucestershire charities.

We continue to support local charities in Gloucestershire with free laptops with the aim of reducing digital exclusion and isolation in the county. In total, 42,000 users have benefitted from ITSA’s work since 2017 with access to technology and digital participation.

We are launching a campaign to collect

  • 1,000 USB mice
  • 1,000 USB keyboards
  • 1,000 PC power leads and cables

Why?

We are always short of donations of PC accessories. These vital accessories are needed for desktop and laptops for people in need in Gloucestershire and students in Africa. When we send computer shipments to Africa, we need over 1,000 USB mice, keyboards and power leads and we don’t always have them. This can delay our shipments or mean that we incur unnecessary costs for the charity.

By donating working PC accessories we are benefitting people in need and saving landfill.
